Tall side-yard privacy build combining a 7 ft picture-frame board-on-board redwood fence on pressure-treated framing with a diagonal lattice topper for extra height and light. The yellow-toned gate was fabricated from fire-retardant treated lumber to meet California's new WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface) mandate for fencing attached to the home.
